I've been on NoFap since October and have been working out and cutting all sugar from my diet since October too for the latter and for a few years ( but i've only recently locked in) for the former. Ik looksmaxxing and gym is a cope but what do i need to fix

1)When you sayy all sugar did u cut all carbs if not how much carbs are u getting.high carb is law for bones

ong like i kinda get the gym part but literally how would looksmaxxing be cope lol

I cut all deserts and fast food and candies and stuff like that. can u rate my current appearance and what should i work on

I know that back and shoulders is pretty abysmal but i think that i have good chest and I've had bigger arms but I'm lowkey poor at my moms house so im lucky im not at 140 i owe most my gains to peanut butter, but I've gone up to 160 i the summer with my dad and thats when i started actually training. should i keep eating or cut and what should i focus more on training. didnt post legs but i started training them recently cuz im trying to learn volleyball and need a higher vert

Things to work on: jaw, eye area, lips(just a lil bit)

For jaw: mewing + facial massaging/guasha + neck workout + cardio
For eyes: massaging + retinol or voulifline + orbicularis oculi training
For lips: increase water intake + keep them moisturized + brush with toothbrush

Overall though it looks like you have a decent build(ur neck is thick) plus u have low set arched eyebrows with good haircut and u have good frontal jaw visibility

Try to check this forum page to help you figure it out. As a (relatively new) personal trainer I'd say what you want to do depends on your goals with physique however losing some body fat would help regardless of if your end goal is to be huge or to be a smaller lean dude and it'll even help with your jaw as well.

I prefer instead of no fapping, fapping one a week or once 2 weeks, the thing about no fap is to not abuse, but fapping twice a month is not that bad.
You have a negative cantaloupe tilt that you can improve by eye pulling. I tink you should go to the orthodontist to get a palate expander, I have had a palate expander and it's the best thing I have ever had, I'm not a orthodontist but you should go to see what they say you.
You should chew to train you jaw and have a wider one.
That are the only big things I could say that are not that good and that you could improve: cantaloupe tilt, maxilla and jaw.
Don't forget to also train your social abilities.
