does anyone else here have body dysmorphia? it can be undiagnosed or diagnosed. I don’t really mind tbh i just wanna know if y’all can relate to me that’s all if you don’t care, you can just ignore this thread i understand..

im undiagnosed but holy moly i have every symptom in the book and at first I just ignored it but oh my goodness those psl rating score videos and me comparing myself to other people really started this It’s something I never had in the past. I’m gonna keep this not too long but if anyone struggles with this and wants to talk about this here then let me know cus ur not the only one.

I’m sorry I didn’t mean to make it seem like I’m the only one insecure, but body dysmorphia is like another level not trying to compare or anything. I’m just saying… but it can be helped though.

calories are calories they gotta bulk somehow, i read somewhere that a baby is around 30,000 calories so it’s worth it tbh

it’s just self doubting and overthinking and isolation which is apart of body dysmorphia that’s all so in summary it’s never u it’s me type stuff. :bongotap:

I think I have it because I every time I look at myself my seems like it’s warping idk tho
