Serious Just came back from the dentist

Still going to an orthodontist next week but for now I've been diagnosed with tmj issues and overactive masseters, for now all he told me was to wear a mouth guard and do all the relaxation mathods an allat
If that doesn't work I'm being admitted for Botox on my masseters
He also said that I should continue trying to grow my smaller masseter and that my smaller zygo will follow up as I grow my smaller masseter
He also told me that my assymetry is not visible irl so I got an ego boost

I literally had the same thing after my jaw surgery I developed overactive masseters; it got to the point my jaw popped and locked every time I yawned, the only thing that worked was masseter Botox. (although IU still have this issue if I chew gum all day I'm in pain by the end of the day and locking up)

I'm tryna relax my masseters first and then see if I'm legible for Botox, geniuenly can't wait
