Just got back from the doctor for a regular checkup

And then entire time he kept asking me wether i was drinking and how teens these days are all addicts, after I told him multiple times that I didnt do substances of any kind

And at one point I casually mentioned i had a bit of a headache


Guy said "might wanna test for drugs in the system then" (?)
And when it came back negative he just told me I could go home now
Im so fucking confused

Surely many teens on a regular basis try to lie about it to their doctors so maybe he was just trying to make sure

Yeah that seems plausible, thinking about it that way it was probably a good thing he checked

Because there is a spike of sudden death among teenagers, it becomes concerning but after analyzing deceased bodies they found out that lot, if not most, teenagers have used and abused substances of any sorts (steroids, drugs, medications) and they was hiding it well w/ no symptoms until they passed away.

I wouldn't say it's a scourge but it worsen over the years
