I mean yea water for most guys getting longer hair is a instant looksmax, but it's not that simple for me, black hair is a lot of work to take care of + it's considered as muh unkept if you have it long, i'm stuck in this loop of growing long hair and then cutting it all off cause it's so much work to get it styled and stuff

100% depends on the face shape and that's really any race I guess, mfs just tell every black dude to get dreads but I don't think that's the case for most of them

personally I looked the best with long hair (I didn't have dreads i'd just get different styles like twists etc)

I got told that, I have dense fine wavy 2a/2b and my hair looks like shit n***as won't believe it and claim "short hair is niche" but trust, I look better with short hair... still growing it anyways
