if you want to lose fat in your face you need to RUN ! 10 sprints a day will do more for your face structure than any peptides. do you guys think basketball players & fighters have such defined jawlines & cheeks because of genetics? fuck no they run ! not that treadmill bullshit. you need to run outside with no AC. you guys overcomplicate simple shit far too often. running should honestly be the core of looksmaxxing, but no one does it.
