k18 molecular repair or olaplex no. 3 for damaged hair?

Your hair is very damaged (bleached/chemically treated/fragile).
You want quick, noticeable results

You prefer a leavein that continues working after application

choose Olaplex No. 3 if:

You prefer a more affordable option

You want to include it as part of a larger hair repair system.

You don’t mind a prewash treatment that you rinse out brah

also u can mix them so if u got the money get both
