Keef,
Keif are the tiny Tricome resins that the weed uses to capture pollen. Because cannabis for smoking are females and there are no male plants around, they are in a state of arousal and get really saturated with exterior resins.
These Tricome are very potent and are the base ingredient for hash which is hand kneeded or pressed.
Keifing the flower is a process where you use a 100 or finer mesh to shake the flower over or in a box or tumbler where the Tricomes fall through the fine screen and you have separated (dekeifed) flower and keif.
Sprinkle it over a bowl or in a joint and smoke up. Makes great cannabutter for baking. (Decarb first)
