ive been eating up to 300 gramms of carbs a day for the past 2 months, i get around 6 gramms of pottassium a day doing that, my face isnt to bloated, is it worth going keto even though i might loose strenght?

Don’t go keto, you need carbs for strength and endurance in your workouts. Mark solution
