I don’t think so. In reality I think a lot of it could be explained by the idea that kids are “blank slates” and lack any social conditioning. They take on roles and try things until they learn and develop a sense of self and outline of the world. Basically like sociologist’s George Herbert Mead’s role-taking theory

taking into consideration that a majority of kids follow the behaviors around them right? aswell as the fact that they are extremely inexperienced when navigating life and being well mannered. compare kids who are taught from a young age etiquette and manners vs a kid who doesn't have strong figures to follow and rely on what they see and hear. not every kid has a good household and lots of unwell people experience abuse or mistreatment from family members. some are just like that though regardless of being taught manners but again, always some type of underlying issues causing such act.
