there was this huge ass whitehead on my cheek so I put a spot patch on it. Within the day it had gone but now there's this wierd cut looking thing on my face that is BIGGER THAN THE FUCKING WHITEHEAD WAS. Wtf do I do?

sometimes the patch can cause a deeper wound to the pimple itself, it might scar.
