i’ve read the full quran and can confirm that book is terrible, it uses intense fearmongering to lure you into islam. the thing i mainly dislike about islam and many other religions is despite being based on “gods love” the majority of the book is talking about the consequences of hellfire and what will happen if you don’t follow the religion

live your life, do what you want and don’t restrict your freedom because of a thousand year old book
