Well you said you weren't lean so you prolly have higher estradiol than lean males

You can have good Testosterone levels and high E

I started to journal my feelings(not cope) and moods about 40% im pretty happy and 50% is like roping tier and 10% is kinda a mix of both. See if this helps u out also depends on ur seasonal changes, how much sun u get, etc.
