Introduction

Debloating is extremely important when it comes to ascending your looks, and overall health as a whole, a lot of people do not know how to debloat properly

Sugar is inherently not bad for you and shouldn't cause bloating when consumed in moderation, if anything it spikes IGF1 and supports bone growth, there a lot of other factors that contribute to bloating

Bloat could be caused by a multitude of things, of which are:
  • Certain Foods which your body is not accustomed to
  • Drinking too little or too much water
  • Bad Liver Health
  • Stress
  • Hormonal Changes (Mainly Women)
  • Not drinking or eating properly
  • Antidepressant Medications

Foods

foods.webpThis is trial and error, for some people certain foods, regardless of whether they are healthy or unhealthy, can bloat you e.g. people with egg intolerance, dairy, etc. This is really just trial and error and you will need to experiment to see what foods cause you bloating, I experimented for months with different diets, I now follow a pescetarian diet consuming no dairy, and I get 0 bloat

Water

Water_drop_001.jpgThe biggest cope I've seen on Looksmaxxing is drinking more than 3L of water a day, going to the toilet multiple times an hour is not a pleasant experience, also drinking too much liquid can actually cause you to bloat more, the best thing to do is stick to a range of 1.5L to 2L of liquid a day, 3L if you are very active, and make sure it isn't just water, incorporate juices and teas into your routine

Bad Liver Health

My-project.jpgA sign of bad liver is bloating, why do you think starving children in third world countries aways have huge stomachs? It is because of the liver slowly dying away, the best way to keep good liver health naturally is having vitamin C in your diet, cranberry juice is notorious for this, you can supplement with N-Acetyl-L-Theanine also if you would like

Stress

Self Explanatory, just a huge looksmin in general, absolutely 0 benefit from it whatsoever

Hormonal Changes

This is mainly in Women, the best way to get around this is diuretics*, you can use natural diuretics or pharma diuretics, Diuretics are one of the best ways to help with bloating in both males and females

Not Drinking or Eating Properly

One of the main reasons people get bloating is because of poor eating and drinking etiquette, when you drink a liquid take small sips each time, and avoid puffing up your cheeks, when swallowing; your cheeks should not be involved whatsoever, excess cheek usage causes puffy cheeks due to that area being used often, and CHEW YOUR FOOD

*
Diuretics are the best way to debloat hands down, Diuretics work by taking out excess sodium, which sticks to your liver and kidneys, through urination and defecation, Diuretics can be used every day (provided you don't consume much caffeine or other stimulants) and are really good for both your liver and kidneys.

I recommend using herbal diuretics with dandelion root, and magnesium citrate, however pharma diuretics work better (you may be visiting the toilet more often on pharma diuretics than herbal, bare that in mind)
