I don't know if this is the right forum but, I'm currently looking for tips on how to properly maintain my calorie deficit and how I treat my acne/dark spots.

for acne you'll need a skincare and diverse diet, pretty sure avocados help with clear skin, look more into foods that could help, but the diet plays a big role in clearing up your skin for sure.
for the skincare part, use atleast a cleanser and moisturizing cream. Do the cleanser first, wash your face with it then wash it off like you would with normal soap. when your face still has moisture on it put on the moisturizing cream. for pimples yves rocher sebo vegetal cream works well, you could also use salicylic acid for your acne.
Keep in mind to eat lots of protein, and dont skip a meal or starve to loose weight. the best way to loose weight is to eat normally but burn the calories with a workout routine. If you want to go extreme, burn more calories than you consume
not sure if that's what you're looking for, but it could help
