Saw an old school friend seated alone from my sophmore year while i was walking in public , we havent talked in years cause he got expelled. Gave eachother a head nod to pay respects while walking past. In the moment i regreted just walked past, wanted to have a quick catch up chat but just walked past, felt like the nod was enough.
a couple days go by and now hes dead.
if i stopped and chatted i would have known wsp with bro , life can really end at any point in time, take advantage of every second
He was a funny but troubled kid, always warned him to stay out of that life, genuinely feels so surreal the stuff i told him would happen everyday of class coming true
