Do you believe in life force - life vibrations - and it's existence in certain foods
The concept is rather esoteric
Blood should be the highest life force containing food , as blood is the soul ...

I think it's a cope nowadays, just eat what you want to and or naturally supposed to eat.

This often ties into these vegan/vegetarian fad diets which are deficient in micronutrients, its bound to create eating disorders

also idrk how I feel about blood, because using Aajonus's principles it would contain no nutrients and be only for euphoric reasons

Life force should tie directly to nutrients rich fresh foods , that's what comes to my mind when I think about it

then maybe, yeah that would be ideal
organs , suet, especially heart

Not really, but I definitely agree with the point of it. I guess to an extent it can make sense. But overall not really.

Coffee increases my life force

A simple reason is the taste , anything that's bitter is automatically toxic . Given that you have healthy instincts to begin with . The perception of bitter taste evolved to warn animal from toxicity ( ranging from mild to high )
If you want a deeper response, coffee contains oxalates, and a bunch of antinutrients such as cafestol and kahweol .. also other mycotoxins .
All of this and still I didn't account for caffeine jfl , a neurotoxin ...

Food carries energy, and blood, being the essence of life, could hold the strongest force. If an animal dies in fear, that energy stays within it, but only those truly in tune with themselves might feel it. take Adrenochrome as a example ... dont really want to go down that rabbit hole here .

Interesting, care to share more ?

Feel free to DM me, as there are certain things I prefer not to discuss publicly for obvious reasons. I’ll offer more detail there.

You mentioned food and blood carrying energy this is accurate. I won’t go into much detail on food, as there's an abundance of information available on that topic. However, regarding blood, many misunderstand its role based on limited scientific research. Through my own studies, I came across information on adrenochrome, which forms when adrenaline is released into the bloodstream and oxidizes. It has been suggested to have anti-aging properties, and when consumed, it can significantly reduce the signs of aging. I won’t delve into specific individuals or public figures associated with this topic.

As for food, I will focus on meat. Meat, in a sense, carries the trauma of the animals from which it comes. Before I focused on balancing my chakras, particularly my third eye, I would not have believed this. However, after experiencing a kundalini awakening, I began to feel the residual trauma and other effects from consuming meat. Though I still experience this to some degree, it’s nowhere near as intense as it was in the early stages. I believe this is why certain religions avoid specific meats, pork being the most notable. It is often said that it tastes like human flesh, and the stigma of pigs being "dirty" animals may stem from the environments in which they are kept. In truth, pigs are quite hygienic by nature when raised properly. There’s much more I could elaborate on, but as mentioned, feel free to reach out to me privately if you're interested in further discussion.

I don't think you are eating the soul but it makes sense that when we eat the part of the animal with the most nutrients we feel the most alive and well
