Joined a vore server when I was 12 and completely fried my ability to ever act NT, it was full of adults and older teens so grooming was pretty common and also we all would share Deviantart furry stuff and roleplay the events in said image which means we all got worse and the server got nuked 7 times since it was minors and fetish content. I feel like I need to tell someoen this but its sure as shit not gonna be my IRL friends or parents.

Most therapists aren't worth paying tbh, like love to gloss over the actually important things and should just do it as a volunteer instead of being actual doctors

She literally speaks about herself and her past for half of the session, compliments me on my height and looks for whatever reason (this isn't larp it's weird) and then wants to talk about previous stuff that I spoke about with her four years prior instead of trying to navigate how my life is actively getting ruined from my dad and other circumstances


therapy is a useless scam
that will make your life worse by prescribing you mind altering "medication" and ruining others perception of you

Nah i got a therapist that tells me straight. My therapist made it known to me that no matter what i won't change so he lets me pick and choose out comes to which could be good or bad and tells me to proceed with caution and gives me tips to reflect after i made said decisions. Really great guy and very high EQ.

You need a good one but you won't know till you have them.

Yeah, psychologists are more qualified anyways and sorry I definitely projected a little too much with that argument about how his therapist was an exception plus therapy isn't really for the poor anyways so changing plans is an ordeal
