Go gradually don't do a 1k cals deficit just like that, chewing gum does help a bit reduce cravings.

drink lots of lemon because it decreases your hunger hormone ,grehelin. For example, i drank 1lite rof lemon water and only ate 1000kcals when my target is 2000.

I used to be in an 600 calorie deficit for 4 months, lost like 10 kilos, and then an 1000 one for 2 months lost another 10 and now I need to lose 8 more kilos in like 1.5 months and the quicker the better so I’m at a 1500 cal deficit, I’ll try the chewing gum trick out tho
