Lifting weights

Any action that causes the body to overturn a mechanism essentially causes aging,eating simply causes aging. The act of digestion causes aging,essentially your body slowly and slowly degrades more gradually than a boulder can turn into a grain of sand. But generally speaking.gym for an hour is no different than any other physical activity so why would exxagerate that it’s very bad rite? 👀 Also no human in nature sits on his ass the whole day,when it comes to this you can’t appeal to nature.

GHK CU is cope because there’s tons of other tissue that demand copper ion utilization as much as the skin. Only 0.5% goes to the facial dermis and epidermis. Also n*****s use GHK when they’re on roids I’ve never seen a natty use collagen stimulating methods.
