lip plumper is sort of cope, like it gives the burning effect to “plump” the lips, not necessarily to enlarge them. I would pair a lipliner with the two faced lip plumper, i heard good things about the product

the victoria secret (pink) lip plumper is amazing
only cons are it makes your lips pinker and the effects don't last that long and you have to reapply a bit often

this one kinda works i used to use it when i was younger. it only costs like 5 euros and it definitely adds volume but it’s kinda pink
