So the problem is my lips, they are always dry, there's no dry skin, but they always peel off my lips and stay there, and i have to peel them off manually , I have tried wetting my lips alot with towel and using different methods to keep it moisturized, but its useless , how do I do it?

Vaseline and a lip balm, being hydrated is of course essential

The situation you're experiencing might actually be a cycle stemming from your skin's self protective effort. Because lip skin is very thin, the enzymes in saliva dry out that area even more so wetting it, unfortunately, exacerbates the problem instead of solving it. I suggest you try what we scientifically call 'occlusion' before bed, apply a very thick, pure petroleum jelly or lanolin to your lips and allow your skin to repair itself. Also, if you stop peeling it off with your hands for a while, the fresh tissue underneath will protect itself. If this doesn't go away for a long time, it might be a good idea to check for a vitamin B deficiency.

a lot of people are saying vaseline but since it’s occlusive that alone won’t work it just traps whatever moisture is already there so you would have to put a moisturizing balm and then vaseline on top
try the laneige lip sleeping mask i put a thick layer on every night and wake up with very soft lips plus the vanilla one and the matcha one are very pleasant smelling
