Water, shit is amazing

i havent tasted anything better yet
i was divided between it and chicken
Ngl I forgot that taste of it for some reason

Liver is meh imo. Eaten many from mutton, cow, deer, pork, rabbit and poultry. It's nutritious like blood sausages, but taste wise it's meh lmao.

Nowadays a just boil heart and liver, then grind it and season it with a fatter meat to do smash burgers for the missus, so she can eat it without being disgusted by the taste.

have u tried raw meat? i was thinking of it
The only "raw meat" i've always eaten is dry and salt aged pork sausages (called Saucisson in France) and game/beek jerky.

i think when i was younger we got Tartare steaks and when i was helping my father hunting we've eaten parts of hunted animals right on the spot.
It's tasteless imo, why would i do that when cooking & seasoning is existing
