Today I’m gonna start walking 10k steps minimum,get lean and fix my shit diet and than I’m gonna ascend to chad
 
Fantastic!! Walking 10k steps is quite a breeze if you’re able to manage your time well, just stay consistent to your caloric deficit if possible. Binge eating is very common and prohibits you from reaching your full potential through leaning down. Fortunately, there’s ways to beat it. Good luck!
