facial bone contouring as in jaw shaving? i was thinking of that tbh but some people said not to.

i wish bimax could be done but there was no recovery period and we could just be healthy immediately after the surgery

Here Drago has MFR of 0.97, which is "perfect", considering his head is tilted down, so likely around 1:1 if his head was aligned in F. plane: Now if we just make his midface longer = he looks a bit worse, 0.9 MFR (could be the end of the argument, cos he still looks good, but thats not it)...

Depends on your case but if your face is already long which is not a dimorphic trait it would not be in your be interest to make it longer
