1. i dont think mass disliking is a crime bc ur allowed to have opinions and u can easily get it up by getting gold reps
2. yes that user seems chill
3. it depends on if they r using hateful words or not
4. depends if they know stuff or not so i would ask a question like "what does dnr stand for" and if they get the knowledge question wrong then i would let them go but if i get it right then they probably been around the forum a lot so i would say i give them 20% since i would probably give warnings in denominations of 20, 50, and 100 so a 20% is pretty meaningful
5. if thats like approving random ppl that would be pretty fun
