I am a beginner at the gym and recently discovered 2 sets x the heaviest weight you can do, and I have been spamming that for all exercises. Although I have a feeling I can be doing something better, I wanted to know what the best way is to pursue my goal, which I will reference shortly. I want to know what to do, eat, and take as a supplement, idk, protein powder, etc. Age: 18, Height: 175 cm, Weight: 75 kg, Weight Goal: 85-87 kg. What needs to be done. For context, I have a good physique, some muscle, abs, etc. Nothing too crazy though.
