What are all the surgeries i should do to help me ascend. I have an underbite and I will be getting bimaxillary surgery. What should be done with my surgery for best aesthetic results. I was thinking mma with ccw rotation with vertical shortening of the maxilla. My maxilla is recessed but I think my mandible should also be brought more forward as well as shortening my midface. Is this realistic and does someone have recommendations for a surgeon in Austria or if not, surgeons in Europe.
