29yrs/old late bloomer here currently 5’2 but i’m not stressing my Doctor says late puberty can hit any time before 40 so I’m still on track for my projected 6’4, I’m drinking milk, stretching, and running the growth protocols people think I’m joking but nah I’m just playing the long game, can’t rush biology
