im thinking about buying IGF-1 LR3 from amino club but should i buy something else, a different source, is there an alternative to needles like a nasal spray, or is there anything i should know? im willing to do whatever but i want to know if theres better options or if im doing this right

Look into IGF-Des if you wanna go through that pathway
Otherwise, look into GHRP2, CJC ND, Tesamorelin, etc.
