The pain of being buried with a ban when you know the truth is painful. Trust me I know. But being calm and collective is the way.

I actually agree. I've had crushes on LTB/MTB. It wasn't a sexual attraction really, but I only say that bc it's crude to reduce it. Unironically all the stuff about "personality" is pretty relevant. If you're confident in yourself and pursuing your own goals, seeing someone with similar interests / who is similar to you is more attractive than a random stacy who would never care about you beyond your relevance as a partner.
