Title: Looking for looksmaxxers in the Netherlands for a documentary (18+)
Hey all,
I’m Kajetan, a film student in Rotterdam. I’m developing a documentary about looksmaxxing, and I’m looking for people who are actually in it, ideally based in the Netherlands or nearby (Belgium or Germany also works).
I’m not trying to make another “look at these weird guys online” piece. Most media coverage of this community is lazy and mocking. I want to show why people get into it, what their routines actually look like, what’s worked and what hasn’t, and what it’s like day to day.

What I’m looking for:
- 18+ only
- Anyone at any stage: softmaxxing, gymmaxxing, mewing, considering surgery, already had procedures, or quit and have thoughts about it
- Open to a casual first chat (anonymous is fine), with no commitment to filming
- Full say over how you’re shown. You can stay anonymous, blur your face, or change your voice.
- You see your scenes before anything is published.
- You can drop out at any point.
