i dont know alot about surgery but a lefort 2 would probably be the best
but theres probably a way simpler surgery just for the maxilla but lefort 2 would probable be the most optimal

I think I need lefort I + bilateral sagittal split osteotomy. In my eyes my chin is also receding.

ur chin isnt that bad, u could do infra implants or fat grafting, but a lefort 2 should improve the eye area a lot too
