There are two types of people those who went through a herbst appliance and those who go BSSO both achieve nearly the same thing But my issue is many people can get away with just saying they got herbst appliance without a back lash on the contrast if you tell someone you got jaw surgery it immediately discredits yourself because your labeled a hardmaxxer
