I'm 15 years old, 5'3" tall, and too skinny. I don't feel bad, but everyone looks better than me. I need your help. Do you think it's the right time for me to start this? Any advice? Its over?

male or female? if female then you're fine, 5'3'' is not a problem at all, "too skinny" can be fixed, and "everyone looks better than me" is irrelevant, you don't know that objectively and you shouldn't obsess over trying to figure out where you are because its heavily affected by psychological state.

if male, i am not going to lie. 5'3'' is not a good height to be, but that means its more important than ever to salvage what you can. try to remember when puberty started for you, you might be a late bloomer. also see how tall your parents are. most people end up being around the father's height, so that can give you a decent estimate of what to expect when you're 18 years old. either way:
  • 8–9 hours of sleep consistently, try to keep bedtimes and waketimes consistent at least on the weekdays and don't stay up too much on the weekends
  • adequate calories (no chronic dieting)
    • you mentioned you are too skinny. if you want to gain height you need to be eating at a slight surplus every day. when the body doesn't get the energy it needs it puts things like height growth on pause because the number one priority is survival, not height growth. figure out what your TDEE is and go 200-300 calories above it. dont go too much above it because that's panic eating, counterproductive.
  • sufficient protein, calcium, vitamin D
  • hopefully you arent doing this but ill say it anyway: avoid smoking, vaping, alcohol
  • manage stress and training in a healthy way
im going to keep it real. you can do all of this and still end up only 2-4 inches taller (very good improvement but at 15 most people falsely assume they're going to be 6ft. only 15% make it to 6ft). but even if this was the reality you would be doing yourself a disservice if you didn't put the effort in. you would be regretting it once you turn 18 if you didn't try to improve your height. if you're lucky and play your hand right you might be able to get to 5'9 (average adult male height) or slightly below average which is absolutely a win. you don't know what your adult body looks like, so you have no right to say that it's over.
