guys im with a high bf% and i want a method to lose it faster. How much cardio and weight training would be ideal? i normally do 30 min cardio and 1:30 weight training at gym, I don't have much time so I wanted to know if I should focus more on weight training or cardio. I'm doing a calorie deficit too!

yeah dude i wanna make an entire thread about this tbh
increases metabolism, suppresses appetite heavily and unlike cigarettes it's a slow release of nicotine that you keep in for quite long so you won't be eating for a long time after putting one in etc. etc. never met a person that does snus that isn‘t lean

best way to leanmaxx is taking 20 snus a day and i’m not even kidding i’m putting everyone on
It fucks your teeth/gum up tho ik a lot of friends who use snus

you dont even have to do cardio to lose calories, you can just walk. 10.000 steps a day and slight calorie deficit while mantaining a diet of healthy whole foods, thats it. i would suggest to still do cardio and weights cause they do have their benefits
