I must learn to love the feeling of hunger and let go of my desires of the flesh but I always fucking lose. Nothing I try worked and I can't get medication for it so I'm stuck accepting my fate of being alone or passed around, or just slitting my throat. I know what I need to do but I'm back to the usual problems of fighting my own fucking body to make it happen.
