Is there anyways to lose face fat that can see significant changes quickly.
 
calorie deficit and cardio, any other way is ridiculous such as literally starving yourself.
find your calorie maintenance and drop 200-700 calories.
cardio 2-3 times a week should work fine+ gymmaxx.

you have to be patient no need to rush things.
