Please leave any tips or advise, I don’t know my BMI but i do weigh in to 148 and i’m 5’2, I’ve done starvmaxxing before and lost about 50 pounds i used to weight in about 198 but currently now i am not doing that but if that’s the only way im down to do anything.

try safe diet and cardio, starvemaxxing if went to extremes will be harmful
also you dont have to be ashamed of your body, your baseline looks decent

i just wanna know what kind of diets do you suggest?? :)
i would say smth balanced and health, so you all the things your body needs
it all depends on your calories intake so you have to calculate how much calories you need to have a controlled weight loss

Have a very balanced diet dont consume any junk eat clean dont use oil or any type i recommend some meat some fruits and vegetables and some little dairy and do a deficit best and safest option and make sure to consume protein and fiber

Also by the way i like the dress it really looks well on you

instead of focusing on weight losss, focus on your health indicators this way in the long run, you will be healthy. Good health indicators=good looks. Instead of counting calories, count your ingredients. Try to get nutrient dense foods and make sure you burn calories as well so stay active for most of the day. If you need weight loss fast and easy, lit just take reta

What would be your dream body?

I do recommend counting calories and protein esp if you’re trying to build muscle and loose weight. If you wanna do it on a budget just buy cheap meats like canned tuna and poultry in bulk. Some veggies if you can get your hands on them on sale and basic carb sources like rice which should be affordable
