I see allot of people saying its "over" to themselves, or just hating themselves, but half the time they don't realise they just need to lose weight.
Burn more than what u intake,
Cutting the foods that bloat you would also be suggested such as wheat, gluten, alcohol, sugary drinks, carbonylated beverages and beans,
Eat a healthy diet that contains vitamin c every day, calcium, protein and fibre and keeping in the lean diet.
Cardio/gym/moving your body
Keep your body moving and active for at least 1h a day increase as you go, start lifting, and start going to the local gyn if u can't do that just run around the block.
Starvemaxxing
Starvemaxxing has to be the biggest bs here, unless you're fasting for a certain amount of time to cut but there are so many ways to lose weight in a healthier way and recommended way. If you are in your teens, then you're only going to stunt your growth as teens need nutrition's for their puberty to hit.
