Hello!
I am 18 years old I am 5’10 and 170 pounds. I am currently unhappy with myself and the way I look, last year I weighed around 150. I basically put on more weight through the year. Friends has even noticed that my jaw line used to be more chiseled last year. I want to achieve a good physique. I had friends say I should bulk and get to 200 or cut now and drop back down to 150. What should I do and how would I be able to achieve this. I started going to the gym last week fyi.
