i have only read one article about it and it seems pretty decent, has anyone here done it? if u have how long did it take for results to show and how bad were the side effects ?
im also not sure how much i should take, if someone could lmk that would be nice

n***a the dose is clearly stated in the study, did you even read it?

20 mg is a moderate dose. If you have acne, then sure, it might not be enough honestly, but it definitely works. If you don’t have acne and just seeking the collagen benefits, then 5-10 mg should suffice.

I took 20 mg for a month and I got dry lips

I then switched to 40 mg and the dry lips came back plus some nose bleeds but that’s about it

been doing this for a few weeks after graduating from tret.

dose: 20mg every other day (at 75kg bodyweight but ive been on a cut so it's a moving target)

combined it with skincare. no purge, but gradual reduction in acne over time. i take it with 20g of dietary fat every time (usually olive oil.)

sides: super fucking dry lips if i dont use some kind of lip balm. otherwise it's been fine. my nose stings for about an hour every three weeks.

will titrate dose up if i still dont have glass skin in a few months. personally i recommend it if no level of tret or clean diet has worked for you (as was the case for me.)
