Personally I think the political landscape was changing to "start" to heavily favor jewish interests. JFK supported the truman doctrine/marshall plan, and that got the ball rolling on international affairs away from the isolationism that still dominated U.S. ideals despite ww2. He fired the CIA director, ""I want to splinter the CIA into a thousand pieces and scatter it to the winds." and deeply hated it along with the military industrial complex. (and to a minor extent, opposed the fed. reserve and promoted anti-trust laws) I think it really showed his positive attitude towards international affairs.. which was a threat to israel and the CIA who wanted to transform america into a global police force to control politics under their new banner of globalism
