One thing I cant fix is my thin ass lips.
I am considering getting at lip lift ina few years but idk if its too risky or nah. Ive seen a few extreme botched ones but ik with the right dr that prolly wont happen
Any other similar cosmetic surgeries?

A lip flip is pretty low risk and lots of people enjoy them. It’s fairly cheap and will give you a shorter philtrim, lasts like 5 months
