To be honest one of the best points Goatis has showed to the world is that the music you listen to affects your life in general.

For example, serious scientific studies have shown that heavy metal / heavy music (like bass) increase testosterone in men. Whilst classical music or softer genres of music (house, lo-fi) lower testosterone in men.

But listening to heavy metal music all the time isn't good. You will be in a constant fight mode all the time (cortisol like your username) which will eventually be bad for your mental health and testosterone. Even if you're not actively listening to the music the waves from the music will alter your mood and behavior.

That's also one of the reasons people that listen to rap music even if they were raised in the whitest suburbs of Montana will end up doing crime and gangbanging. Lyrics and beats affect your psyche more than you think they do.

One time my ears bleeded from music
