I've never had a woman actually explain to me what their period is like, like how bad the pain is etc because every foid is embarrassed to talk about it, they stigmatize it themselves, then they'll be like "it's something normal that humans go through" but you guys are the ones who make it seem like its something to be ashamed about it

Honestly yeah I get that I hate talking about it I don't even like saying periods in the non-grammar context it makes me uncomfortable but its really different for all of us, for me I get bad stomach aches and its really "heavy". I tried birth control because I was told it would help make them lighter but it made it worse for me so I asked to be taken off it. I know I hear a lot of us "ovulate" but I don't think I've experienced that, for me I get really sad that's how I know when its about to happen. Hope this helps! If not sorry for the rant.
