Send me some research that’s actually valid and 100% confirms this odd theory and I’ll see if I can debunk it

might bind to some minerals but will still give you a net positive of minerals, for something low calorie and high in fibre and shit

I don’t consume vegetables not by only the anti nutrients.
But most of the nutrients are in the cellulose which is fibre ofc,and it’s also well known that fiber can’t be properly digested to due a lack of fermentive bacteria.
Sure I drink vegetable juice I make myself,but I get all the nutrients without possibly over consuming something undigested.

High amounts of fibre are not better for health outcomes but by own research I did a couple of months ago about the connection of high amounts of fibre with gut microbiome bacteria,it does the complete opposite of increasing it.

the fiber thing is generally because of dehydration and people eating bad foods with low digestibility, so it does improve that significantly
On raw primal ur hydrated from food so u don't need to worry about it

Dybiosis is also a high possibility in high Fibre diets due to it forcing your fermentive bacteria in your gut to populate more and it’s obvious that you have higher levels of purefactive bacteria.

I don’t really trust these sources of the government except when it comes to pharmacology studies.

Half or even more (depending on the plant) of the micronutrients of a plant is in the cellulose I think even you know that,that’s why I drink vegetable juice rather than eating them.
