Medication for Acne
Accutane
Cons:
-dry skin
-chapped lips
-increased skin sensitivity
-joint,muscle pain
-mood problems
-birth defects
-hair loss
Pros:
-reduces oil production
-gets rid of sever acne
My opinion:
I dont recommend accutane since it has so many heavy side effects and wil most likely take multiple cycles. Besides that the purging in the first few months wil make you look ugly af.There are better alternatives that wok faster and have less cons
Tetracycline:
Cons:
-Headaches
-Diarrhea
-Teeth staining
Pros:
-gets rid of acne in 3 months
-easy to get
-no purging
-acne won’t repear after the cycle is finished
My opinion:
I highly recommend Tetracycline 250 mg a day for 90 day. I removed my acne beautifully and I personally didnt experience any of the side effects
GHK-CU
Cons:
-not FDA approved
-Little to no research on humans
-copper level imbalance
-infection if injected wrong
-can cause bloating in the first week
Pros:
-anti-aging
-helps/prevents wrinkles
-more elastic skin
-gets rid of acne
-gets rid of acne scars
-heals wounds
My opinion:
I highly recommend GHK-CU injection AND topical since it helped me a lot a lot with scarring.I also used it with micro needling which helped with deep scars.
Diet
I’m convinced there isn’t any food that will “fix” your acne but there are definitely food that I’ve noticed made my skin 100 times worse.
-dairy products that aren’t lactose free
-chocolate
-chips
-energy drinks
-gummy bears
-fast food
I also want to mention that water is a huge and important factor for good skin. I know y’all probably heard that 100 times already but 2-3 l of water a day are necessary for the body to function good.It might not get rid of the acne but it will prevent it from being worse or make it at least a little better.
Skincare Routine
The basic stuff you need to know:
Morning:
-wash face with cold water
-use a toner or mist and gently pat it in
-a serum and let it completely absorb

-SPF50 (your skin color doesn’t matter)
Evening:
-oil cleanser or micellar water depending on what your skin prefers
-a regular cleanser (+ if it contains salycilic acid)
-use a toner or mist
-a serum and let it completely absorb
-use a skin barrier focused moisturizer
-volufiline under eyes,lips,lines/wrinkles
-spot treatment
Once a week:
-micro needling
-retinol
-zinc face mask
Side note: Don’t pop your pimples it wil just cause scars and enlarged pores
Ingredients
DONT use skincare that contains alcohol, parfume or small scrub particles
DO use Skincare that contains GHK-CU, salmon DNA (PDNR), volufiline
Skincare products I recommend
-
Microneedling Guide
-wear cloves
-get a serum/peptide out of a sterilizied vile
-disinfect the needles even if they were packaged
-disinfect your face
-the microneedling pen must glide ove your skin so make sure it stays moist
12 needle stamp:
-forehead: 0,5 mm
-cheeks: 1-1,5 mm
-T-Zone: 1mm
-dont apply any skincare afterwards except the one you used out of a vile
-try to not sleep on your face and keep your hands out of your face
Body acne
Most of the stuf i mentioned for face applies for the body swell but on a side note: a lot of people get body acne backseat they dont wash of their conditioner of their body properly OR just straight up wash their body and hair at the same time. You should always wash your hir first, then your body.
Haircare
The scalp
Oily scalp: Wash scalp every day or every second day
Dry scalp: wash scalp 2-3 times a week or co-wash (meaning that you only use conditioner)
You need to wash your hair your scalp is a home to bacteria, fungi that will cause dandruff and buildup.there is no such thing as hair training.A lot of people claim that not washing your hair will make it grow faster which is absolute bullshit. Your roots need to be clear for the hair to grow but if those are clogged up by grease and buildup the hair won’t be able to grow.
What to do when you have dandruff:
-Look into clarifying shampoos
-Anti-Fungal shampoos
clarifying shampoos make your scalp ‘squeeky’ clean an remove all excess oils but will also cause your natural oils to be stripped off.they have stronger surfactants and a higher ph-level.Thats why it’s important that after using a clarifying shampoo you need to use a…
-caring shampoo
At least that’s what I call them. These are shampoos that contain silicones or other stuff that make your hair shiny and soft.To determine the perfect caring shampoo you need to find out your ..
-hair porosity
-density
-structure
This also applies to conditioner.
Something that isn’t talked enough are rosemary water after showers. Just make sure it doesn’t contain too much or better even no alcohol.promotes hair growth by delivering more oxygen to the hair follicles and smells good.
This is a highly debatable topic but I recommend letting your hair air dry after putting an oil on the damp hair. The oil will lock the moisture in.
Sleep in protective hairstyles and a bonnet
How to shower correctly
Before showering : scalp brushing with a bamboo brush (stimulates scalp and follicles)
Hair
-clarifiying shampoo
-caring shampoo
-hair mask (once a week) for 10 mins
-conditioner for 3 mins
A lot of people use scalp silicone brushes that will help exfoliate the scalp but as someone who had a thing like that myself it’s low key just a tool for over consumers.your nails and palms do the same or even better.
Body
Before showering: dry brush your skin (exfoliates the skin and promotes the lymphatic system)
-an odorless bar of soap to disinfect the body in a wash cloth
-body scrub (once or twice a week)
-If you want to shave (which I highly recommend because I find hair in certain areas (intimate area, armpits) absoloutoy disgusting. Also removing hair from your body helps with clogged pores on your body.
-a regular body wash of your liking with an African net sponge or a loofa (a lot of people say loofas carry bacteria but if you aren’t disgusting and actually clean it and hang it up to dry there shouldn’t be an issue.
You can finish your shower by turning the water cold and letting it run over you for a few seconds
Once a week:
-hair mask
-scalp oiling (jojoba oil, castor oil)
Scent layering
After taking a shower the way I described.
-non smelling moisturizer on sensitive areas (baby creams etc.)
-a scented body lotion on your whole body
-a body oil with the same scent (oil will lock moisture and smell in)
-deodorant (spray not stick because every time you go through your armpits bacteria will just grow on the stick) on armpits, inside elbow, inside knee, and feet
-Vaseline on wrists and neck before applying perfume
-focus on getting perfume on your clothes and hair instead of skin since the smell will last longer and the alcohol in the perfume may cause wrinkles
Lashes and eyebrows
Eyebrows
-I use castor oil while I don’t personally believe that it causes growth it does lock the moisture in and prevents breakage which will make the eyebrows thicker
-minoxidil : personally never used it BUT only heard good stuff if you take oral it will cause hair growth on your entire body but if you have pets you shouldn’t use topical minoxidil since it will kill your or make the sick no matter how well you hide it
-brow serum: brow serums are such Cole just use the same serum you use for your lashes there is no need for a whole different product
-If you have brown hair no matter the shade dye your brows dark brown/black
-if you have black hair dye them black
-if you have blonde hair dye them light brown/brown
Basically just a shade darker than you natural hair color
Lashes
Almost the same as brows
-castor oil
-lash serum with prostaglandin (others simply won’t work and as someone who doesn’t wear make up I’d appreciate the free brown eyeshadow)
-if you don’t want discoloration you can use volufiline like I do (I don’t have discoloration)
Recommended lasherums : nanolash,sinslashes,lashcocain
-lash lifting is a game changer and not talked about enough but paying 40€ once a month is annoying as fuck so I’d just recommend getting a kit of Amazon and diy
Dye your lashes black no matter what eye, skin or hair color you have (bonus points for blue black)
Eyes
The perfect eyes are big ,blue with a darker ring and a white sclera.Besides that a positive canthal tilt and a slightly downturned medial can thus and a perfect pfl (eye length) and no upper eyelid exposure
The eyes are one of the hardest thing to change and there aren’t a lot of working non surgical ways.
Eye excercisses like training the muscle might work to an extend but they won’t do much of a difference and will cause wrinkles
Squinting will cause wrinkles too but is one of the best fraud methods for hunter eyes (you shouldn’t squint if you have small eyes speaking out of experience)
For eye color never do surgery or stare in the sun that’s bullshit.just wear contacts
You can’t change your canthal tilt without surgery
Medial can thus cutting is dangerous and temporary and painful. I personally couldn’t get myself to do it because I pussied out.
Get eye drops with naphazoline for a white sclera
You cat change your pfl without surgery
For less upper eyelid exposure use volufiline to build fat cells in your eyelid
If one eye is bigger than the other there are two things that might cause it.
A turned sphenoid bone; can only be fixed by surgery
One eyesight is worse than the other: if that’s the case get contact lenses or glasses and cover the good eye up while wearing them and do 10 minutes of reading before uncovering again.
Eyebags, dark under eyes, hollow under eyes
If you have eyebags they are either genetic or Lymphatic fluid that you need to drain
Dark under eyes can be caused by lash serums, iron defincency, bad sleep, or genetics.
Do a blood test to see if you’re low in iron and take supplements or eat more iron rich food, sleep at least 8 hours
Continue using lash serum but combine them with volufiline.
I if you have hollow under eyes or itachi lines there is nothing you can do except filler or implants
Lips
How to achieve bigger, plumper and moisturized lips
-microneedling with 12 needle tip 0,5 mm deep
-hyarolonic acid: increases moisture in lips and makes them plumper
-volufiline: increases fat cells which will make them bigger
-hydration: as already mentioned you need to drink enough water
-brush your lips with water and a toothbrush (best after brushing your teeth). It will remove dead skin cells
I personally don’t recommend filler since it will probably migrate or look weird
Nose
-lose weight.yup it’s that simple.if you want your nose to be smaller you need to become smaller as well.
-debloating can help too but the changes are minimal
-if none of those help you simply need to get surgery
Dental hygiene
Having white teeth and good breath is unfortunately so overlooked and YALL STINK OUT YOUR MOUTH BRA
You can have the best parfume and the clean sets body the second your breath stinking you stinking
Morning:
-take a spoon of coconut oil and swoosh it in your mouth for 10 mins. Whitens teeth and fixes gum health
-brush teeth with an electric toothbrush and a minimal bleaching toothpaste. I recommend the marvis one
-brush your tongue with a silicone tongue scraper
-use a non-alcoholic mouthwash
-chew mint gum throughout the day
Evening:
-floss your tweet with either actual floors or a water flossed.I prefer the water flossed since it doesn’t damage the gums as much but I still use a regular one at least once a month
-use your mouthwash now (trust me twin)
-brush your teeth with an electric toothbrush and bleaching toothpaste. Spit but DONT rinse.
While you’re sleeping bacteria forms in your mouth and the toothpaste that remains will fight against it.
Hands
And also kinda feet…No matter if you’re a guy or a girl if I catch you with overgrown cuticles ,thin crappy nails and dirt under them I will vomit.
Get a manicure at least every second week
If you’re a man or wanna appear more masculine: keep you nails short and round and use a strengthening gloss(it doesn’t matter if you’re a guy) and hair on your knuckles aka hand can make you appear more masculine but if you’re overall softer I recommend trimming them
If you’re a woman or wanna appear more feminine grow your nails out but not too long and do an almond shape with a color that suits the season or your color palette and trim your hand hair
Hand scrubs are not cope use one every second day (one that doesn’t contain alcohol or perfume)
Apply a hand cream every day in morning and evening
When doing your nails at a salon apply SPF on your hands because the UV-lamp is just a stronger version of the sun and will not only cause wrinkles but also skin cancer.
Feet
A lot of people forget their feet when they are showering for some reason?
Wash your feet.
Get a callus remover to remove the hard and dead skin on your feet
Warts can be removed by excessive amounts of cold and there are certain gadgets to freeze them off
No matter if you’re male or female you should get a pedicure once a month and keep your toenails short and square and shave your toe hair
If you’re a woman I recommend painting your toenails to match your feet in the summer.
Change your socks everyday and never wear socks on wet feet or leave them wet for a long time you will grow a fungus
Feet creams in the regular stores are cope get an actual callus creams from the pharmacy that contain keratolytic agents ,salicylic acid and or lactic acid
Maxilla
The maxilka is the bone in your upper jaw where your teeth sit. If it recessed you’ll notice and underbite, a small upper lip and a sunken in mid face
If you’re still young and under the age of 16 get A pallet expander and braces
If you’re already over 18 Lefort is the only thing that will help
Thumb pulling is cope
Mewing only works if you grew up with the habit and won’t help you once you reach 16
Bone smashing won’t help with your maxilla
Bonesmashing, zygos and chin
I started bonesmashing a few weeks ago and here is what I’ve noticed:
My chin and zygos are the only areas I smash and after smashing them they stay bigger for 5-6 hours
If you bonesmash you need to do it with a lot of force and not some small taps
I don’t have any evidence yet that it will grow the bone but as someone who has been around a lot of soccer players I can say that due to the kicking the bottom leg bone is bigger than before which might indicate that bonesmashing over long times might increase bone mass
Bonesmashing does not mean ‘break your bones’
Jawline
The jawline is one of the most easiest fixes as someone who you used to have a soft jawline with no ramus.
Debloat debloat debloat. Lymphatic drainage and debloating are the first things that you can do to make your jawline more visible
Please keep in might that if you’re fat and have a high bf your double chin won’t reveal a great jawline after debloating.
Lose the weight and if you’re already skinny lose the body fat and replace it with muscle. 15% bf is perfect.
Chewing mastic gum is unfortunately so underrated but it trained my massatees like crazy and made my ramus more visible.
You need to have a ramus but it doesn’t matter if it’s long or short as long as your finial angle is perfect. The perfect genial angle is 120-135 degrees
Another big factor to make your jawline more visible is raising your hyoid. The hyoid is under your jaw above your throat.
Mewing will raise your hyoid but if you grew up with bad habits it might not be enough
Neck curls are great way to raise it.lay on your back and dangle your head of the bed. Now raise your head without using your body strength. Do this in the morning and evening 3 sets with 10 reps
Chin tucks are cope
Weightloss
Go into a calorie deficit that’s it.
Figure out your maintenance and -500 kcal
Track your calories and try to eat 1,5 g of protein times your body weight.
Do cardio land make sure to reach at least 10 k steps a day.
Greta cardio recommendations are:
Treadmill max incline 3mph for 30 minutes.
Stairmaster on mid speed for 15-30 minutes.
Bike riding for 30 mins on half incline
Weightlifting also burns fat but every individual wants to train a different part
End
I hope I didn’t miss anything if I did I’m sorry. Feel free to ask questions

Maxilla
The maxilka is the bone in your upper jaw where your teeth sit. If it recessed you’ll notice and underbite, a small upper lip and a sunken in mid face

If you’re already over 18 Lefort is the only thing that will help
Thumb pulling is cope
