I would highly advise against being below 7%. When I run XC for my uni, my body fat is around 5% when I go to nationals. If being extremely low body fat and weight is your goal, I would highly advise doing a lot of cardio and having a ~100 cal deficit. For me, maintenance was about 5k calories so my case is a little different jflnot really , u can be receiving the correct amount of nutrients and still stay fit . it may be a little unhealthy , but that's not anything foreign to looksmaxxers ?
