That’s still the body of a malnourished person, and to be that skinny you have to either not receive enough calories and nutrients or u run a lot and even then don’t receive the right amount of calories. I recommend getting skinny but not this skinny

not really , u can be receiving the correct amount of nutrients and still stay fit . it may be a little unhealthy , but that's not anything foreign to looksmaxxers ?

I mean the main point of looksmaxxing is to look the best, and a big factor is to look healthy, even if dudes use steroids it’s to imitate a healthy and ideal body

you won’t look like a body builder unless you literally pin test just due to the fact that you are a woman with that in mind it would be a lot healthier for you to gym max you would get down to a low body fat and have a thin waist and still not have twig legs if you want help with structuring a plan or anything i have extensive knowledge of both hypertrophy and strength training and id be happy to help you if it makes you avoid ed as someone who literally had to get fed through a tube in the hospital from ed

yeah I could start gym maxing but I don't wanna look bulky I wanna look slim like vlada roslyakova or Gemma ward

you can still absolutely look thin but it’ll be a lot healthier due to being at a higher body weight(just due to muscle) and i mean if you just put emphasis on your back shoulders and legs you’ll literally get a skinnier shoulder to waist ratio then if u just starved
plus to gym max your endocrine system would be a lot healthier and you most likely wouldn’t have to risk losing your period, mental issues, loosing your hair, skin being unable to repair itself so ur face is weird dry and flakey, osteoporosis (being skinny doesn’t matter if ur in a wheelchair) and countless other issues that will make it so your body essentially shuts down certain systems semi permanently that’s why EDs are so frowned upon in looksmaxxing i can completely empathize with wanting to be skinny and have a tiny waist however if you currently really believe that getting down to 40kg at 5’6 is healthy then i think you might to consider maybe some mental health support and stuff and i know shit is expensive so if you need to talk about anything im here dude

body fat percentage is a metric to weight the percentage of your body mass that’s comprised of fat which is the opposite of lbm(lean body mass) which is the weight of the body WITHOUT the fat

extremely lean body builders at the olympic level/twitter ed girls probs around 5-12%

avg dude would be around 17-25% body fat

fat dude would be anything over 25%+

women’s body fat is naturally higher then men’s due to their body going through more shock during a shorter amount of time due to periods and other hormone fluctuations

so for a guy to be lean and have like cut abs he’d be at like 14% body fat where a girl for that same standard would be around 16-20%

No I think body mass index matter more most of the time the girls are in the 20% range on ed
 
Well you have an eating disorder, i think alot of girls have had one and its obviously unhealthy all the generic stuff
but its very hard to get rid of it yourself, its like your mind cant tell yourself
For me personally it was impossible unless someone forced me
Most people end up recovering though, but its really a shitty place to be it drains the life out of you just to look shit and worry everyone around you
 
there’s a bunch of different methods but with you being in your position i think measuring it AT ALL is a terrible idea because i think it will enable ur ED and i don’t wanna help that

I would highly advise against being below 7%. When I run XC for my uni, my body fat is around 5% when I go to nationals. If being extremely low body fat and weight is your goal, I would highly advise doing a lot of cardio and having a ~100 cal deficit. For me, maintenance was about 5k calories so my case is a little different jfl

I’m not extremely well versed on women’s physiology but a sub ~10% bf should be attainable as long as you hit EVERY single micronutrient possible, hit protein goals, and do a lot of cardio, though it’s likely unsustainable for women. It really depends on genetics, and tbh I got super lucky.
