M14–>15 a chance on scoliosis

I was at a doctor checking if my puberty is going well everything was fine except my back one wing in winging on my back so one is more visable than the other if i dont fix this i most likely get scoliosis what should i do to fix this asap

they said its not that bad rn so if i start now its going to be okay i asked do what they said do sports but idk wich sports my mom recommended swimming
The curve can worsen as you get older but you’re probably too old for smth like a brace, just stand up straight and pray for the best . Sports could improve your posture and all but make sure you understand they won’t undo a spinal curve
